ABOUT THE WAY TO WORK WITH YOUR SHADOWS

Mindfulness is not a word that refers exclusively to the state of being awake, it is a process that applies to your inner and outer world.

Be aware that the whole world is nothing but your own created projection. Each person sees the world with their own colour; so do you.

Our inner world is projected outwards with every step we take or say.

Your inner self processes all your collected impressions into images, which are later reproduced in words and writing.

You should be mindful of this process in order not only to make conscious decisions but also to be able to make conscious connections.

The world as you perceive it; is nothing but your own projection.

Projections are unconscious processes whereby an individual transfers their desires and needs onto another person or object.

There are projections that move us forward, others that blind us.

Admitting that we sometimes have unwelcome feelings is sometimes very difficult, so it happens easily that we transfer or project them onto someone else.

Projection is not uncommon.

Many people don't even realise they are doing it until someone points it out to them.

It is up to you how you want to deal with your own projections of your outer world as you live it and how you want to deal with the projections of others.

The more we become aware of how we perceive others, the greater the chances are that we can recognise our own projection patterns. This is the moment when we can begin to work with our shadows.

This is the moment we can begin to change the narratives of the past.

When we recognise the patterns we have learned over the years, we can begin to change the things that have shaped us over the years. Shadow work in this context is the art of recognising in ourselves what we see in others. This requires a high degree of self-knowledge and reflection.

We project onto the world what goes through our own mind.

When our mind is at peace, the world is at peace.
