This early-spring retreat is an invitation to return to your body, your breath, and the quiet strength within you. Over three transformative days, we will flow and breathe, reconnecting to the rhythm of our inner landscape while allowing nature to hold us.
Through grounding yoga practices, we’ll soften into movement and create space for clarity. Our specially curated meditation journeys are designed to help you surrender, release what you’ve been holding, and open to what wants to emerge.
And then—we run.

Our mindful runs in nature will connect breath, step, and awareness, turning each trail into a moving meditation. You’ll experience the unique magic that happens when yoga, meditation, and running meet: effort becomes ease, movement becomes medicine, and nature becomes your teacher.
